Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind Patta. If you're not satisfied with your protein for any reason, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a full refund — no need to ship the product back.
To request a refund under our guarantee, email hello@pattahealth.com with:
- Your order number
- The email used to place the order
- A quick note on what didn't work for you (this helps us improve — but it's not required)
We'll process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@pattahealth.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You won't need to return the damaged item.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or your package appears lost in transit, reach out within 14 days and we'll work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to resolve it with a replacement or refund.
What's Not Covered
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
- Products purchased from third-party resellers (only orders placed directly through pattahealth.com are covered)
- Issues caused by improper storage after delivery
Subscriptions
If you're on a subscribe-and-save plan, you can cancel, pause, or skip anytime before your next billing date through your account or by emailing us. The 30-day guarantee applies to your first order of any new product.
